MAINTENANCE REQUESTS

Submit maintenance requests online.

Login to your tenant portal and follow the prompts to submit a maintenance request online. After the request is submitted, you can check the status in your tenant portal. If you do not have a login, please click on the get started button below.

Maintenance Reminders

Due to water conservation efforts, we ask that all residents notify Dakota of any leaks or water issues immediately so that repairs can be made as soon as possible.

If maintenance service is required due to negligence, residents are responsible for payment of service and will be charged.

Maintenance Emergencies

For maintenance emergencies that are damaging the property and need to be addressed immediately, please call Dakota at (858) 688-1347 and leave a detailed message, including your name, address, phone number and emergency. Dakota will respond as soon as possible.

Lockouts

Lockouts are not considered maintenance emergencies. If you are locked out after hours, please call a locksmith. Payment is required at time of service and not reimbursable by Dakota.
